She's a member of the American Association of Diabetes Educators, the American Dietetic Association and Alpha Omicron Honors Society. Helen received her bachelor's degree in nutrition science from The Pennsylvania State University. She has more than 20 years of experience in diabetes management education. In her spare time, Helen enjoys skiing, hiking, and playing soccer and volleyball with her family.
