Tharwat Stewart Boulis, MD, is a double board-certified Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist and OBGYN at Women's Care in Orlando, FL. With over 20 years of clinical and academic experience, Dr. Boulis provides expert, compassionate care for patients with high-risk pregnancies and complex prenatal needs. He specializes in advanced fetal imaging, prenatal diagnosis, and personalized management plans to support healthy outcomes for mothers and babies. Now accepting new patients in Orlando.

Sasha is board certified as an advanced registered nurse practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She's also a member of the Florida Nurse Practitioner Network and the Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health (NPWH). Sasha received her bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of South Florida and her master's degree in nursing from the University of Tampa. She worked as a pediatric medical and surgical nurse for more than seven years before transitioning to a family nurse practitioner. She has special interests in women's health including gynecology, adolescent education, breast cancer awareness and coping, postpartum depression and holistic approaches to self-care and general wellness.

Helen is a registered and licensed dietitian, and a certified diabetes educator. She's a member of the American Association of Diabetes Educators, the American Dietetic Association and Alpha Omicron Honors Society. Helen received her bachelor's degree in nutrition science from The Pennsylvania State University. She has more than 20 years of experience in diabetes management education. In her spare time, Helen enjoys skiing, hiking, and playing soccer and volleyball with her family.
