Tharwat Stewart Boulis, MD, FACOG

Sasha is board certified as an advanced registered nurse practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She's also a member of the Florida Nurse Practitioner Network and the Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health (NPWH). Sasha received her bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of South Florida and her master's degree in nursing from the University of Tampa. She worked as a pediatric medical and surgical nurse for more than seven years before transitioning to a family nurse practitioner. She has special interests in women's health including gynecology, adolescent education, breast cancer awareness and coping, postpartum depression and holistic approaches to self-care and general wellness.

Preeyanka Nagar, DO, FACOG is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist at Women's Care in Orlando, Florida, providing expert care in prenatal services, gynecologic surgery, contraceptive management, and preventive women's health. Dr. Nagar graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of South Florida and completed her OBGYN residency at Geisinger Medical Center. Helen is a registered and licensed dietitian, and a certified diabetes educator. She's a member of the American Association of Diabetes Educators, the American Dietetic Association and Alpha Omicron Honors Society. Helen received her bachelor's degree in nutrition science from The Pennsylvania State University. She has more than 20 years of experience in diabetes management education. In her spare time, Helen enjoys skiing, hiking, and playing soccer and volleyball with her family.
