Mark Hubbard

Dawn Provost has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry. She began her career as a Bank Management Trainee and has worked as a Credit Analyst, Branch Manager, and Private Banker. Dawn specializes in retail and business banking. Dawn is a graduate of Old Dominion University and holds a Master’s in Business Administration. Dawn served as President of the Alumni Association of Old Dominion University as well as on the HER Shelter Board and President of the HER Shelter Foundation board. “I enjoy working with individuals and business owners to find the right solutions to making their banking easier and to meet their financial goals.”

Phil has 32 years of commercial business experience, the last 10 years with TowneBank. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Regent University. He has passed the Series 7, 6, & 63 Securities Exams. Within the community, Phil serves on the board of directors for Young Audiences of Virginia and the board of trustees for the Great Bridge Battlefield & Waterways History Foundation. He is also an ordained elder with Great Bridge Presbyterian Church and a FAA licensed private pilot. Throughout his career, Phil has worked closely with professionals and executives. Tricia has more than 28 years of experience in the financial industry and has been with TowneBank since its opening in 1999. She attended Chowan College and Old Dominion University. A long-time Chesapeake resident, she has served on the EVMS Annual Fund Committee and the EVMS Philanthropic Advisory Board.
