Tricia Randall

Phil has 32 years of commercial business experience, the last 10 years with TowneBank. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Regent University. He has passed the Series 7, 6, & 63 Securities Exams. Within the community, Phil serves on the board of directors for Young Audiences of Virginia and the board of trustees for the Great Bridge Battlefield & Waterways History Foundation. He is also an ordained elder with Great Bridge Presbyterian Church and a FAA licensed private pilot. Throughout his career, Phil has worked closely with professionals and executives. One thing to know about Phil – “My goal is to be considered a trusted financial advisor to our members. By using a consultative approach of asking questions and actively listening to the responses we are able to develop a plan which can then be put into action and measured for effectiveness on a regular basis. Stephanie is a lifelong Chesapeake resident and a founding member of TowneBank. She has more than 25 years of community banking experience and is a graduate of the TowneBank Management Associate Training program. She graduated from Old Dominion University with a degree in Criminal Justice. "I love meeting new people, assisting our members, and building relationships. "

Joshua Graham has been a member of the TowneBank family for over a decade and has close to 20 years of experience in the banking industry. He received his bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University and his MBA from Strayer University. In the community, Graham is a board member for the Virginia Beach Art Center, volunteers with the United Way and the Salvation Army, and formerly sat on WHRO’s Emerging Leaders Board. "I love getting to really know my members so that I am the first person they think of when they need assistance."
