Jandrely López Morales, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides full-spectrum care for patients of all ages. She received a Bachelor of Science in Cellular Molecular Biology from the University of Puerto Rico Río Piedras Campus. She obtained her Medical doctorate with the highest honors from the University of Medicine and Health Sciences, St. Kitts. Dr. López Morales completed her family medicine specialty training at Virtua Health Family Medicine Residency in New Jersey. She is fluent in Spanish. Her professional interests include pediatrics care, adult preventative medicine, LGBT+ health, mental health awareness, and providing care to medically under-resourced and Spanish-speaking populations. She has a passion to be a lifelong educator of future healthcare providers. Outside of medicine, her interests include music, travel, photography, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Rennert received his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and, during this training, spent three years in a stem cell laboratory at Stanford. Following graduation, Dr. Rennert began his Neurosurgical training at the University of California – San Diego. During his residency, Dr. Rennert performed an enfolded fellowship in skull base and cerebrovascular surgery at the University of Arkansas with Dr. JD Day, as well as a CAST-certified enfolded fellowship in endovascular neurosurgery at UCSD with Dr. Alexander Khalessi. After residency graduation, Dr. Rennert completed a CAST-certified fellowship in skull base and cerebrovascular surgery with Dr. William Couldwell at the University of Utah, followed by additional complex open cerebrovascular training with Dr. Jonathan Russin at the University of Southern California. In addition to this clinical training, Dr. Rennert has a passion for research and an outstanding list of publications focused on innovations and outcomes in skull base and vascular neurosurgery, neuro-anatomy, and translational stem cell therapies. Dr. Rennert currently serves as the Associate Program Director of the Neurosurgical Residency and as the Director of the Skull Base and Vascular Anatomy Laboratory. Google Reviews

Dr. Shervin Rahimpour is a stereotactic and functional neurosurgeon specializing in the surgical treatment of epilepsy, movement disorders (including Parkinson’s disease, essential tremor, and dystonia), chronic pain syndromes (such as trigeminal neuralgia, brachial plexus avulsion pain, and cancer-related pain), and psychiatric disorders (depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and Tourette’s syndrome). He is experienced in advanced surgical techniques, including focused ultrasound, asleep deep brain stimulation (DBS), robotic-assisted surgery, laser ablation, stereo-encephalography (SEEG), dorsal root entry zone lesioning (DREZ), and minimally invasive treatments for pain management, such as trigeminal rhizotomy, radiosurgery, and percutaneous ablations. Dr. Rahimpour’s research, supported by funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), focuses on leveraging intracranial human recordings to better understand cortical-subcortical interactions involved in neurological diseases and human behavior, with a particular emphasis on epilepsy, movement disorders, and chronic pain. Through this research, he aims to enhance clinical outcomes by improving the understanding of underlying neural mechanisms. He received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Colorado and completed his neurosurgical residency and fellowship training in stereotactic, functional, and epilepsy neurosurgery at Duke University. Outside of his professional activities, Dr. Rahimpour enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and photography.
