We got a better deal with Verizon. We tried to cancel our internet and they asked about ten times to keep optimum by offering different deals. I asked to cancel and end the call and they wouldn't...

They refused to give me a receipt for returned equipment and now are taking me to collections for that equipment. Avoid this business at all costs. They will not work with you to resolve issues....
