We started with one reformer and a handful of clients. We now have two locations, four teachers-- and many of those same clients!

Specialties

The Pilates loft offers group Reformer, Tower, Suspension and Mat classes, as well as Pre- and Post-Natal Pilates classes. All our teachers are fully certified and have experience in modifying exercises, as needed.
