October 24, 2016, we began a journey helping women find more confidence in themselves, empowering them to take control of their eating and their fitness, and helping them get the kind of strength that impresses their loved ones.

HistoryIn a nutshell, I went from overweight, uncomfortable, unhealthy and unhappy, to a gradual, one-foot-in-front-of-the-other journey toward a much better version of myself. I waded through lots of, not just misinformation and confusion to get there, but sometimes, outright lies and scams as I strove to build a better body and life for myself. I left my 11-year desk job style career as a sales manager, and then legal assistant, to pursue a vibrant and dynamic career in making healthier, happier humans. I offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget and frequently create unique packages to fit my clients specific circumstances and goals. My services range from completely custom-designed 1-on-1 personal training programs, to group classes, to nutritional coaching/counseling, to monthly remote packages. I do NOT do diets, gimmicks, quick fixes or any other baloney designed to just take your money and eventually leave you back where you started. I help my clients find, acquire, and maintain a healthy life-long solution to their health & wellness needs.
