HistoryIn a nutshell, I went from overweight, uncomfortable, unhealthy and unhappy, to a gradual, one-foot-in-front-of-the-other journey toward a much better version of myself. I waded through lots of, not just misinformation and confusion to get there, but sometimes, outright lies and scams as I strove to build a better body and life for myself. After experiencing all of that - and coming out on top!, I wanted to make that success not only accessible, but far easier and more efficient for as many people as I could. I left my 11-year desk job style career as a sales manager, and then legal assistant, to pursue a vibrant and dynamic career in making healthier, happier humans. What I do now, is something that suits me 100%. I'm good at it, love what I do, and I think what my clients and I achieve together is extremely important toward a happier, healthier life.SpecialtiesHealth and fitness is not a one-size-fits-all kind of gig. The path to a healthy, long-lasting lifestyle is going to be as varied as there are individuals on that path! My services range from completely custom-designed 1-on-1 personal training programs, to group classes, to nutritional coaching/counseling, to monthly remote packages.
