History

Four years ago owner/personal trainer Jen Lawler started her fitness career. After getting her personal trainer license she started her own company to offer everyone the chance to feel and look great with affordable training. Her goal: to kick everyone's butt into the best shape of their life!

Specialties

Bootcamps- you'll climb, jump and crawl through our set of obstacles then push your way through the heart pumping cardio and weight training circuits. We use HIIT in our cardio drills, burning as much fat as possible and bodyweight movements to tone and strengthen. Our bootcamps are designed for any fitness level, first one is free, come give it a try! We meet every Saturday 9-10am at Bare Cove Park-Hingham. Personal Training-This is more of a focused routine.
