History

We launched in November of 2014 after many years of training in bigger facilities in the Chicago area. Our goal is to provide a training option that offers a better product for consumers and a training environment for staff that is sustainable - unlike most training jobs. Our reviews speak to the passion that our members have for the results we help you achieve. We are excited to bring this service, in addition to traditional one on one training at our Lincoln Park and River North locations. Check out out - it is unlike any other training option!
