Be careful. Signed up through Groupon and then paid the owner $250 for more sessions. I hurt my arm and shoulder and needed to cancel. He owed me a refund of $200 which he told me he would pay....

I agree with Andrea R. I am a workout snob, and Dan keeps me interested and challenged. And yes he is a nice and engaging guy too. I highly recommend this workout -- a great compliment to cardio.
