Paddleboarding company serving Panama City/Panama City Beach! This is a Mobile SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Unit. I meet you with all the equipment needed for our paddleboarding adventure. A location is discussed before we meet up. A public boat launch, park, or beach are places where we meet. SUP Lessons, SUP Nature Tours & SUP Yoga. Anyone who can kneel/stand can give this a try. It's like walking on water, you can't believe the view from here! Enjoying nature in a whole new way. SUP is a great way to free your mind from the craziness the world sometimes throws at you. Just grab a board and let Katie help paddle your worries away. SUP Yoga is a unique experience. We have a short paddle to a special spot, anchor our boards and practice yoga on our boards. You'll have a stronger connection to your body and just being on the water has a profound healing affects to your overall well-being. Grab a friend and start paddling!
