A mobile yoga studio. I offer Hula Hoop & Rebound classes. Yoga on land or top of water on paddleboard. At your resort, hotel, private beach, home I bring yoga to you and into the community. Bringing a unique yoga flare to Panama City and Panama City Beach . In my class I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, & provide an atmosphere that will allow students to challenge themselves as much as they would like to.
