A mobile yoga studio. I offer Hula Hoop & Rebound classes. Yoga on land or top of water on paddleboard. At your resort, hotel, private beach, home I bring yoga to you and into the community. Bringing a unique yoga flare to Panama City and Panama City Beach . In my class I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, & provide an atmosphere that will allow students to challenge themselves as much as they would like to. My hope is that you step off your mat feeling refreshed and balanced. Most importantly, I hope you leave feeling Stronger in all aspects.... mind, body & spirit. Breathe in fully, breathe out fully.
