Ian del Conde M.D., FACC, FSVM, is a cardiologist and vascular medicine specialist at the Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute. In addition to being a cardiologist with a large practice, he has additional training in diseases that affect the arterial and venous systems. He leads several clinical programs within the Miami Cardiac and Vascular Institute, including the Vascular Medicine Program, the Hypertension Clinic, and the Venous Thrombosis program. His clinical research focuses on developing new diagnostic tools and therapies to advance the care of patients with cardiovascular disease. Dr. del Conde completed internal medicine residency training at Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He completed fellowship training in cardiology and vascular medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, in New York City. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Jorge Rabaza, M.D., FACS, is a general surgeon and a member of Baptist Health Medical Group, an organization of more than 180 physicians in multiple specialties closely aligned with Baptist Health South Florida. He specializes in bariatric surgery, including revisional surgery. Dr. Rabaza graduated from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. He is a clinical assistant professor of surgery at Florida International University's Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine and a voluntary instructor of surgery at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
