Dr. Carreau believes that each patient should be treated as an individual and their medical care should be tailored accordingly. She is board certified in hematology and medical oncology – with a clinical focus on lung cancer, gastrointestinal cancers, lymphoma and melanoma. She prides herself in providing the highest quality of care possible, by treating disease while also focusing on patients' quality of life. She also participates in clinical trials. In her free time, Dr. Carreau enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and baking.

Dr. Richard Frank serves as the system chief of clinical and translational cancer research for Nuvance Health. He oversees clinical cancer trials across the health system, including original research in pancreatic cancer. He also is the Nancy J. and Eugene P. Beard Endowed Chair in Cancer Research at Nuvance Health, reflecting his remarkable contributions to cancer care and research. Dr. Frank has more than 30 years of experience as a medical oncologist/hematologist and specializes in pancreatic, gastrointestinal and genitourinary cancers such as prostate, kidney and bladder cancer as well as lymphoma and multiple myeloma. Dr. Frank has held academic leadership roles and served as a fellow and attending physician at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. He is a Castle Connolly Top Doctor, received The Humanitarian Award from the Leukemia-Lymphoma Society and is the author of the book for patients, "Fighting Cancer with Knowledge and Hope" (Yale University Press, 2013). Shaira Cohen, MSN, FNP, is certified by The American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has a particular interest in breast and gynecological cancers. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she dedicated her professional nursing practice to chemotherapy administration and patient education at Nuvance Health. Shaira chose her specialty because she loves teaching as much as she loves nursing. An enthusiastic learner, Shaira is known for her compassionate care. She wants each patient to feel that their voice is heard and their health is well cared for. The most important thing her patients can expect from her is integrity. She strives to make a positive impact by educating her patients on the importance of early detection in disease prevention. Shaira was born in Argentina and speaks fluent Spanish and English. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, dancing and traveling.
