History

After graduating with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiolgy - Exercise Science, I moved up to the Bay Area from Ventura County. I spent 3 years elevating my skill as a personal trainer at Equinox in San Mateo where I finished as a Tier 3+ Trainer and Master Instructor. After leaving Equinox, I began my own private personal training practice, Irwin FItness, and have been helping clients build strength and mobility, rehab injuries, or prepare for sport ever since.

Specialties

I specialize in strength, movement, active mobility, and yoga. My style doesn't focus on beating my clients up each session. Instead, I work with clients to build solid foundations in strength using bodyweight progressions and quality form free weight exercises that can be applied to any sport or activity.
