HistoryAfter graduating with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiolgy - Exercise Science, I moved up to the Bay Area from Ventura County. I spent 3 years elevating my skill as a personal trainer at Equinox in San Mateo where I finished as a Tier 3+ Trainer and Master Instructor. After leaving Equinox, I began my own private personal training practice, Irwin FItness, and have been helping clients build strength and mobility, rehab injuries, or prepare for sport ever since.SpecialtiesI specialize in strength, movement, active mobility, and yoga. My style doesn't focus on beating my clients up each session. Instead, I work with clients to build solid foundations in strength using bodyweight progressions and quality form free weight exercises that can be applied to any sport or activity.
