Don't really have much to add... they open the lobby at 10am even though when you look them up it says 9am. Besides that it's a hit and miss, they do always seem to have people waiting.

The customer service is one of the worse in any BOA branch I have visited. It is the only BOA in Kerman so thank god they installed a second ATM, even though there appears to be some pretty dumb...

Big line and only one lady at the counter like seriously, worst bank i've been to! They need to have 3-4 at the counter because this is ridiculous!! I'd give this bank 0 starts if i could

This bank has the shittiest service ever. They have only two tellers available when there are like 5 open stalls available. Either this bank needs to hire more people or I don't even know what...
