I have had nothing but trouble from B of A after my father passed. I was on his account but the bank would NOT help me without an appointment a week later. I tried Merced, Calwa, and Sunnyside....

Worst bank possible ever. Dog shit service. The business line is for nothing. They make you use a "single" line. They need to close this bank

This is the worst bank of America I ever been to I've been a member since 1985 and I am leaving Bank of America.Service is terrible and some of the employees are very rude. But this is Bank Off...
