The understaffing is not the issue with the employees or the bank in Madera itself. This is an issue all over every Bank of America as they don't care about you as a customer and can save money...

Better off banking at your local liquor store. This place has longer lines than Space Mountain at Disneyland. It even can make the DMV seem like a picnic on a bad day. I fortunately don't bank...
