History

Here is the short version. If anything here sounds interesting, please ask me and I can tell you the long version. I was born in Colombia and lived there until I was fourteen. I then moved to Miami where I discovered sports. While in high school, I developed a passion for fitness and bodybuilding, even participating in many competitions in which I won first place medals. After finishing high school, I had an opportunity to study Fashion Design in Paris. Of course, I could not resist and moved to France. While in Paris, I was always looking for ways to keep fitness incorporated into my life. Six years later, work brought me to Milwaukee, where I continued to make fitness one of my first priorities. Shortly thereafter, I met the man of my dreams and as you might guess, I married and became a mother. I then became Doula Certified to help other mothers accomplish their delivery and birthing goals. Let me describe what MPOWER is all about. The foundation of these classes is the combination of both strength training and cardio. As an educated and certified trainer, as well as a dedicated student myself, I have an expertise that allows me to offer a unique style that improves on currently successful programs. In addition, I have nutritional knowledge and interest that allows me to further direct my clients toward achieving their goals. My passion for health and fitness is a key asset as well as my energy, dedication, and love for the community. MPOWER is the principal strength and conditioning program for people of all shapes and sizes, from the highly specialized competitive athlete to the grandmother trying to build enough strength to pick herself up after a fall.
