First off, it's very frustrating that you can't talk to a human to get a problem solved. So I paid extra to have 2 laptops overnighted, the next day it's into the afternoon and still no delivery....

Very frustrating to have to go through the FedEx 800 number when a simple question needs answered. Why not provide a local number?
