I think 4 stars is more fair for these guys. My only issue is time wasted on the per minute self serve computer scanner.

The employees at this location are useless. They rarely help you when you walk in. Additionally, Fed Ex as a company is tough to work with and I always seem to have issues shipping and receiving....
