Do NOT buy AO Smith water boiler, the AO Smith customer service is so bad, as bad as their products. The water boiler can NOT last for 3 years.

This company is so bad that 1 star is overrating it. They do not stand behind warranty by actually charging for parts that they refer to as a core charge. Trying to contact the company directly...
