I haven't a clue why the Everett, WA office should be lumped in with any other offices people are not happy with! They are great here!!!! I've not had a single issue in the years I've had my care...

Don't go here. There are better places with better doctors and customer service staff that aren't dismissive and have shady billing practices. .

Was referred here and in years of non stop drs and appointments have never dealt with a more unprofessional receptionist on the phone and in person. (Don't know if it was the same person)....

Absolute nightmare, trying to get an appointment and office staff not following through with returning phone calls and follow up. Only reason I'm trying to get into this practice is Dr. Thiel...

Why is the marysville office run so differently? Is this office even part of wwmg? The manager there needs a new job. This office is terrible compared to the others.
