Jefferson Healthcare

Jefferson Healthcare is owned and operated by Jefferson County Public Health Care Service District. The center provides a variety of rehabilitation services to patients, including physical and speech therapies, medication management, therapeutic recreation, and respiratory and occupational therapies. The diagnostic imaging services offered by the center includes X-ray, ultrasound, mammography, bone densitometry tests, optometry and blood testing. The additional services offered by the center include counseling sessions, support programs, nutritional guides and health education. It also provides home health aide and support services that include personal care, respite care, and assistance with housekeeping, meal preparation, and wellness and transportation.
