Unique Holistic Happiness was born late 2012 and has grown leaps and bounds by supporting and changing the lives of hundreds of women. At UHH we teach women how to live an authentic, happy and healthy life by taking a holistic and sustainable approach to wellness. Health is much more than diet and exercise and together we create a sustainable plan to get you feeling healthier, happy and more empowered than you ever have.

I provide effective, fun Health & Happiness programs for creating food freedom, authentic happiness and Yoga. I provide accountability, an open ear and an occasional kick in the rear to women who want to lose weight without deprivation, are done feeling frantic and overwhelmed and want to live their best life. I love what I do!
