As long as you have an appointment it goes smoothly! The lady we met with was patient and answered all of our questions. The security guys were super nice and helpful with getting us checked in....

Terrible!!! Impossible to schedule an appointment over the phone and no other options. Why don't you make online appointments scheduling??!!!
