Very helpful. Arrived before opening time. Then a big line up before the door unlocked. Entrance to parking lot is on 48th not 47 as posted.

All of the workers call out sick leaving only two windows open. Over a 3 hour wait. Little parking. You can loose your place in line if you use the restroom.
