Wok hei.. you will find that in the beef chow fun. The chef might have used rehydrated go fun in it but it was still nicely cooked with wok hei and not salty at all. Yum..

What a hidden gem! Food was great, with each dish having distinct flavors. Service was lacking, but the food was stellar. The Peking duck was really good. I would go back, just for that dish!
