You No longer get a actual human to take your order in the restaurant. They want you to use a kiosk. When we asked about help with a coupon the staff said they couldn't help us. OK problem solved...

The cashier "BD" had a terrible attitude in addition to the language barrier. She was extremely rude. Also, she was cooking and cashiering. The food took almost 20 minutes and the food was STILL cold!
