Jennifer Wagner, MD

I offer individualized, patient-focused and guideline-based care. My practice is focused on in geriatric medicine, with clinical interests in preventive care and lipidology. I enjoy working with patients on lifestyle changes to help prevent serious illnesses. My first-hand hospital experience as a patient ignited my passion to pursue a career in medicine. I consider myself someone who is compassionate, understanding and determined.

I believe the patient should have control over their healthcare. I make informed recommendations based on research, but it's up to my patients to follow through. My role is to provide up to date medical information to my patients and to inform them of their options in h I will always respect your beliefs and wishes. I know I cannot make you do anything you don't want to. I want to help make your life healthier and happier. Let's work together to make this happen.

I aim to help parents provide loving care for their children and teach my patients to care for themselves as they grow up. I have a special interest in working with teens and young adults to help them take charge of their health as they get ready to take on the world. Open communication, respect, and teamwork are very important to me. I want to work together to help my patients achieve their best health possible, physically, mentally, and emotionally. It is a privilege for me to be able to be part of my patient's and family's lives.
