Brett Schweizer, DO

I aim to help parents provide loving care for their children and teach my patients to care for themselves as they grow up. I have a special interest in working with teens and young adults to help them take charge of their health as they get ready to take on the world. Open communication, respect, and teamwork are very important to me. I want to work together to help my patients achieve their best health possible, physically, mentally, and emotionally. It is a privilege for me to be able to be part of my patient's and family's lives.

I enjoy providing care in all areas of general pediatrics as well as special areas of focus including pharmacogenetics and ADHD. Three words which I strive to have patients to describe me are attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. I was inspired to enter medicine because I like helping people, and I think biology is fascinating.

As a physician I strive to listen, inform and educate my patients about their conditions and treatment options in order to empower them to make better decisions regarding their health. I believe in the importance of preventive care to decrease the risk of health conditions and complications.
