I have been working with individuals for the past fifteen years. I started out personal training at a corporate fitness center in Chicago. We then moved to San Jose and this was where I shifted towards the mental health side. As I got older, I started to see patterns in people. Anxiety, confusion, worry and a feeling of overwhelmingness seemed to be more prevalent. I started to integrate a therapeutic approach into my sessions. It's been really enjoyable seeing people integrate fitness and a cognitive mental approach into one. Sometimes we might workout, sometimes we might just talk and sometimes we might do both. There is no right or wrong. Whichever style we see fits best for you that day. From a fitness side I've continued educating myself on the most efficient movements that the human body can perform and applying those movements on you!
