Bonhoeffer Botanical Gardens serve as an outdoor educational and recreational resource for the coming generations. All of our plants are native to Washington state and you'll find works by Pilchuck Glass School artists throughout. Come visit us!

Explore Bonhoeffer Botanical Gardens, its level paths, rainy-day kiosks, and our area's mass extinction story. Study signature work of Pilchuck Glass School's Artists (1972-2014). Stand over a scattered few of Dietrich's Flossenburg ashes. Review the Gardens' sponsored WWU SAM Project as we analyze the impact (biologic and culture) of the worldwide loss of pollinators, plant extinction, and climate change.
