History
I have worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years. I began my career as a group exercise instructor and in the 90's I became certified as a personal trainer. I currently hold certifications with ACE, AFAA and NASM. During the past two decades I have worked as a Senior Fitness Specialist for Group Health Coop., I traveled to conventions as a fitness presenter, I served as Director of Group Exercise at several of Seattle's premier clubs and I was a regular contributor on a local NPR station.
Specialties
My job is to help you reach your fitness goals whether those goals are fat loss, sports specific training or improved strength, endurance and flexibility. I provide support outside our training sessions for all my clients. My goal is for you to really understand the value of physical fitness in your life so that you can take that with you and incorporate it into your life long after we have stopped training together. Individual sessions, group sessions and fitness classes are available at The Fitness Lab in Fremont. I also provide in-home training, work out design and nutritional guidance.
