They refuse to accept back their device despite me not using it. They require a doctor to say I don't need it. Their service is among the worst. They should be investigated.
Awful, Awful customer service. If it's possible to hate a company; apria has succeeded generating such a feeling in me. No satisfaction when they mess up. Avoid them if you can.
this is a warning to all potential and future customers.... go somewhere else! tell your insurance company you refuse to do business with them! get your doctor to give you a prescription to get...
Horrible attitude. Very slow never answers the phone. If you can avoid them, leave them as far as you can.
