Had to spend a few minutes listening to menus and punching 2 in order to get to the proper live person. No big deal, I'm in my jammies drinking coffee, so it's not like pressing 2 is a hardship....

Can't seem to get a call back to even get info on oxygen. Transferred o voicemails no one returns. Talked to a human for 40m one day who swore someone would call me, never called. Been a month...

I order equipment from this company all the time and nothing is ever delivered as ordered. They either deliver the wrong equipment or it's delivered to the wrong address. DO BETTER!!!
