Once we stumbled upon Kona Ice, the concept and product has put a smile on our faces and on the faces of all we are blessed to meet, every day since! What really attracted us (beyond the obvious fun) was the business model being focused on the community. Our business model is based on community give-back! Nationwide, Kona Ice has given back over $25 million to local communities. We are proud to have given over $40,000 to ours, since we started April 2011! We bring the FUN to FUNdraisers, sports games, schools, parties, corporate events, weddings, festivals and more! No event is too large or small. All of our flavors are fresh-made using either 100% pure cane sugar (Traditional - over 40 choices), the highest grade, non-GMO Stevia (100% Sugar & Carb-free) or a combination of both (Vita-Blend). Our Vita-Blend flavors are USDA Smart Snack approved for use in schools and feature 40% less sugar with Vitamins C & D. We also offer some dye-free flavors and have toppings such as sour shot, sweet cream, or Hawaiian style (with a scoop of ice cream). In addition, we offer a limited selection of pre-packaged ice cream and can bring delicious hot cocoa (with real whipped cream & chocolate syrup) on cold days. We bring an interactive experience right to your location! We have two KEVs [Kona Entertainment Vehicles] that feature our patented outside, self-service Flavorwave where guests can decorate their own shaved ice to the sound of fun calypso music. In addition, we have a Kona Mini (Flavorwave in a cart) for indoor and outdoor service where space is an issue.
