History
Tender Roots is located in the Lyon Village neighborhood of North Arlington, Virginia. In 2006 we opened our doors to a packed open house. It was clear the neighborhood needed a community school. We continue to offer the best possible program for one and two-year-old children, so that parents and their children both enjoy the experience of early education.
Specialties
Tender Roots is inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach. Tender Roots is based on the philosophy that, even at a very young age, children are curious learners who want to find out about the world. We are dedicated to providing children with the opportunity to learn and grow in a warm and nurturing environment.
