Ross Dress for Less

Not a friendly welcoming environment. No one spoke as I came in store. Employees working but they are a lot of empty shelves. I'll just shop at the Ross in Newport News instead.

Management and quality control is awful at this location. Don't waste your time. We were sold half full shampoos.

the fashion patrol must be on vacation. as a plus size shopper, very disappointed in selection of clothing. in the past i have found pant suits, jumpsuits, and 2 peice dresses with jackets....

They should change the name to LOSS for a few reasons. Lack of inventory, lack of staff...and now one less customer.
