Their zippers on their clothing and bags are bad you cannot tell me that you have bought clothes or a bag from Ross and The Zipper did not mess up within 30 days! You will find yourself shopping...

This establishment literally looks like it is going out of business. The shelves were barely stocked. Customer service was extremely slow. I'll not be coming back to this place again....
