Neil Coffield

Curt has more than two decades of banking experience and has been instrumental in the growth of TowneBank in the Richmond market. Curt joined TowneBank in 2015. He received his undergraduate degree from Hampden-Sydney College with a major in economics. Active in his community, he volunteers with the Richmond YMCA and with Tara’s Children, a Richmond area Backpacks for Kids program. "I wake up every morning excited to meet new members and help them be successful in their business and in everything they do."

Mike's primary focus is to foster relationships with professional real estate developers based in and around Richmond. With two decades of real estate financing experience, he helps to pinpoint investment options for his members that include commercial real estate through acquisition of existing or development of new properties including: multi-family, hospitality, retail, office, industrial, self storage, and assisted living facilities. Mike received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate and Urban Development with a concentration in Finance (Magna Cum Laude) from Virginia Commonwealth University. He has been a Board Member for over a decade and is a former Treasurer at the Cultural Arts Center in Glen Allen. Mike is also a member of the VCU Real Estate Circle of Excellence. Missy has over 30 years of banking experience in branch management, loan origination, and mortgage lending. She joined TowneBank in 2015 as the branch manager for our Gateway location in Richmond, VA. Active in her community, she volunteers with several organizations including Hope Church, Eagle Youth Foundation, and the Peter Paul Development Center. Missy holds a bachelor of science degree in business management from Radford University. "I love helping our members every day and building relationships!"
