Curt Straub

Neil has nearly two decades of financial services experience. his role, he collaborates with members to help them maximize their cash flow, manage capital, and mitigate risk. He enjoys sharing his industry insight to help guide members along their financial wellness journey. He believes delivering the best experience to his members each and every interaction is the foundation of being a trusted advisor. Neil received his BS in Business Administration from Franklin University and is a Certified Treasury Professional. Active in his community, he serves as Board Treasurer for the Coastal Women's Shelter.

Mike's primary focus is to foster relationships with professional real estate developers based in and around Richmond. With two decades of real estate financing experience, he helps to pinpoint investment options for his members that include commercial real estate through acquisition of existing or development of new properties including: multi-family, hospitality, retail, office, industrial, self storage, and assisted living facilities. Mike received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate and Urban Development with a concentration in Finance (Magna Cum Laude) from Virginia Commonwealth University. He has been a Board Member for over a decade and is a former Treasurer at the Cultural Arts Center in Glen Allen. Mike is also a member of the VCU Real Estate Circle of Excellence. Pat Collins, a native of Richmond, is the Regional President of TowneBank Richmond. Pat’s focus is supporting our Richmond area bankers in developing commercial and private relationships based on trust and exquisite service. Passionate about the Richmond area, Pat also devotes time to organizations and volunteer activities committed to our local communities. Prior to joining TowneBank in April of 2014, Collins held various leadership positions at StellarOne, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, and Crestar Bank. Collins graduated from The Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Marketing. He also earned his MBA from Virginia Tech in 1983.
