Healthy Life Yoga Studio

Our desire is for you to learn how to safely practice yoga. The classes are small so you have the opportunity to get individual attention from the teacher and to make sure you are practicing correctly. You will receive the guidance and support you want to attain your health and fitness goals. Our studio is carpeted, kept at standard room temperature of 72 degrees, and we supply all of the props you'll need for practice, which creates a comfortable environment for you to learn in. We think you should have a variety of service options to support staying healthy. Our long list of like-minded businesses provides options for improving your health through acupuncture, acupressure, chiropractic care, massage, holistic health, as well as modern medicine. Additionally, we support the health of the community through charitable drives, health expos and corporate stress reduction demonstrations.
