Two hour wait for a urinalysis for employment. There was no warning about the wait time which would have been helpful. The bathroom was in very bad shape with an overflowing toilet. Not good!

The receptionist is very nice. I felt the the doctor was very rude. If you are going to altmed to do a drug screening then its a 3 star (also the wait is awful).
