Founded in 1981, Patient First Medical Centers provide urgent care, primary care, and occupational health services on a non-appointment, walk-in basis from 8 am to 8 pm, 365 days a year. Telehealth services are also available on a non-appointment basis from 8 am to 7 pm, Monday – Thursday, 8 am to 6 pm on Fridays, and 11 am -3 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Patient First physicians and staff care for routine injuries and illnesses, and provide women's medical services; vaccinations; annual, sports, and school physicals; workers' comp/work injury care; DOT physicals; and more.

The staff were very condescending and rude. They refused to admit an active duty soldier with a referral because they claimed it would be a "workers comp" issue.

Came and waited for over an hour and 20 minutes to be seen by Dr. Virgil Melvin. He was unprofessional and did not make you feel confident in his abilities as a doctor to diagnose your symptoms....
